All services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as selected during signup. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any temporary interruption of service.
