Host.com provides web hosting services including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, cloud hosting, and domain registration services. These services are designed to help individuals and businesses establish and maintain their online presence.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• You are responsible for regularly backing up your data and content
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as selected during signup. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting plans. VPS, dedicated servers, and domain registrations are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any temporary interruption of service. Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours whenever possible and will be announced in advance.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or bulk messaging
• Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated materials
• Adult content or sexually explicit materials
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment
• Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Excessive resource usage that affects other customers

7. Privacy and Data Protection

In no event shall Host.com, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Host.com operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
